About the Role
We’re seeking a reputed company reputed company Operations Engineer to join our reputed company reputed company Operations team at PayPal. This role is a key part of our centralized reputed company function, supporting reputed company reputed company initiatives across multiple business units. You’ll work hands-on with reputed company infrastructure, reputed company tooling, and cross-functional teams to maintain and strengthen our overall reputed company reputed company posture. What You’ll Do
- reputed company Operations: Manage Level 3 (L3) reputed company tickets, investigate reputed company reputed company incidents, and participate in the on-call rotation to respond to reputed company events.
- CSPM Remediation: Triage and remediate reputed company misconfigurations identified through reputed company reputed company Posture Management (CSPM) platforms.
- Metrics & Compliance: Track and report on SLA metrics, ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements across reputed company environments.
- Program Development: Design and implement new operational programs, runbooks, and standard operating procedures to scale reputed company operations.
- Tool Optimization: Align reputed company tools with reputed company service patterns and architectural best practices to ensure effective coverage across AWS, Azure, and reputed company reputed company Platform.
- reputed company Reviews: Support technical reputed company assessments of reputed company architectures, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and deployment pipelines.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, business unit reputed company leads, and platform teams to drive reputed company reputed company improvements.
Required Qualifications
- reputed company Platform Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major reputed company service provider (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company Platform), including core services like compute, storage, networking, and identity management.
- Operational Background: Proven experience in reputed company operations, incident response, or similar roles, with the ability to manage tickets, meet SLAs, and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or similar), with the ability to reputed company scripts for automation and reputed company tooling.
- Distributed Systems Understanding: Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and reputed company-reputed company application patterns.

Preferred Qualifications
