Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, digital, or written inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring accurate and thorough processing of reputed company requests, including scheduling appointments, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate staff
- Maintaining thorough records of discussions, messages, and actions taken to process inquiries
- Resolving patient issues through independent problem-solving and a goal of reputed company resolution
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, while working in a fast-paced environment
Essential Functions
* Answer phone calls utilizing a multi-line telephone system

- Maintain thorough records of discussions, messages, and actions taken to process inquiries

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and reputed company)
- Reliable cell phone and computer at home
- Minimum internet speed of 10mb down and 1mb up (no satellite internet allowed)
- Experience in a highly customer service-oriented environment
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- 40 scheduled weekly hours
