Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Product Manager to reputed company and manage the development of our contact center platform. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining product requirements, working closely with design, engineering, and operations teams, and collaborating with external vendors to deliver a world-class experience for our customers and support team. Key Responsibilities
* Define product requirements for our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers and support team
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure that our product is delivered on time, reputed company budget, and meets our quality standards
