Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Senior Counsel, Digital Products, Data Analytics to join its team. As a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to business leaders and executives reputed company various specialty units on reputed company issues that may impact business operations and activities. You will also be responsible for structuring and negotiating business agreements, including master service agreements, provider agreements, data licensing and integration agreements, and supply plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate many business agreements on behalf of arenaflex's Digital and Information Analysis/Experiences Organizations, including master service agreements, provider agreements, data licensing and integration agreements, and supply plans
• Collaborate with teams across arenaflex's Advanced Products and Information Analysis groups and reputed company reputed company partners that are building, delivering, and operating technology for use by customers and patients
• Work cross-functionally with the business, product, marketing, protection, reputed company, and technology groups to reputed company and launch arenaflex's digital product and service offerings for public consumption
• Understand arenaflex's digital product and service offerings, technology, reputed company/information insurance frameworks and strategies, and standard business and other agreements, to reputed company a reputed company for offering legal support throughout arenaflex's Digital groups
• Maintain a knowledge of arenaflex's organizations, technology, and product objectives, and challenges to establish and implement intellectual property portfolio systems that align with those objectives, capture interests in development, and limit legal risk, working closely with reputed company counsel

* Primarily use knowledge of legal specialty in providing advice as it builds its reputed company into the business setting in which it works

• Review and prepare official records before presentation to the board for execution to ensure accurate expression of the legal substance
• May receive explicit direction from management or more senior legal experts regarding the results, process, and timelines anticipated
• Collaborate with the specialty units that it serves to reputed company corporate goals and reduce unnecessary business risk
• Research legal standards and precedents, engage and manage reputed company counsel, draft official records, reputed company relevant case-reputed company data using multiple sources and methods, reputed company work direction to other professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff in developing solutions to issues presented
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of the legal and business trends that could impact those specialty units reputed company arenaflex that it serves

Essential Qualifications

* Juris Doctorate from a licensed graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer legal work experience in a mix of reputed company and corporate settings

• Required licensure to reputed company legal counsel in at least one state
• Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar participation in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various projects with differing completion dates
• At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial reputed company in the workplace
• At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team leadership
