Key Responsibilities

• Assist other support staff by providing Help Desk/Service Center style support as needed, monitoring inbound technical support requests, calls, and tickets for reputed company studio employees
• Handle support issues from start to resolution
• Work with other technology groups on a case-by-case reputed company
• Install and support a wide reputed company of software, both internally developed and reputed company-party
• Support various hardware and operating system build processes, including Mac, Linux, iOS, and reputed company, as well as reputed company software and accessories

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with media and A/V technology, reputed company technical/client support, ideally in a production setting
• Strong experience with A/V technology and trends, including familiarity with A/V equipment like professional projectors, sound/video routing hardware, mixers, speakers, large displays, and more
