About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Benefits Administration team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, simplify our approaches, and assist our associates in effectively understanding and engaging with their financial benefits.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Work with senior leadership and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes
• reputed company and implement process education to ensure seamless execution and compliance
• Collaborate with reputed company to identify and resolve discrepancies in eligibility files and benefits administration
• Manage plan design change projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and system changes

Requirements
