The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our applicants through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.   • Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat).
  • Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more additional languages (e.g., Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule (or flexible schedule that meets arenaflex's needs).
  • U.S. work authorization.
