Position Summary

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to reputed company and future policyholders, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our field agents to facilitate new business opportunities and ensure seamless policy management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers through effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Proactively solicit feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences, recommending policy adjustments as necessary
  • Identify opportunities to increase or add coverage to policies, ensuring clients have adequate protection

  • Maintain accurate client data in our agency management system and ImageRight system
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a Property/Casualty Insurance Agent License reputed company 2 months of employment
  • Ability to obtain a Certified Insurance Service Representative designation

Education and/or Experience

* High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry or agency relations
  • 2-4 years of industry experience in insurance or agency relations; equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
  • In-reputed company Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation preferred
