Job Description

As a Remote reputed company Call Center Agent with Leading Edge Connections, you'll play a critical role in our customer experience operations. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include dispatching technicians or resources to customers, managing calls with potentially distressed customers, and ensuring that client needs are met with reputed company and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers on a daily reputed company, providing them with the support they need.
• Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
