[Remote] Senior Health Integration Engineer - Remote based in US

The role involves designing and implementing reputed company integration solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, test, and reputed company reputed company integrations using InterSystems IRIS or other integration platforms
• Implement production components—business services, processes, and operations—primarily through code (ObjectScript, Embedded Python, or similar), minimizing reliance on BPL
• Interpret business and technical requirements and convert them into scalable, supportable integration designs
• Build message transformations, routing logic, and custom adapters as required
• Work with HL7 v2, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12, and other reputed company data formats and transport protocols
• Collaborate closely with analysts, business teams, and external partners to clarify requirements and ensure successful solution delivery
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, message tracing, and integration reputed company tooling
• reputed company mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance to junior team members
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes, tools, and integration standards; propose and reputed company technology-enhancing initiatives
• Adhere to organizational standards for reputed company, reliability, testing, and documentation

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company integration experience
• Strong proficiency with at least one major reputed company integration reputed company; InterSystems IRIS/HealthShare/reputed company experience is preferred
• Ability to reputed company integration components using code (ObjectScript, Python, Java, etc.), not only graphical tools
• Solid understanding of HL7 v2, FHIR, and common reputed company interoperability workflows
• Experience designing and implementing integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous messaging, transformations, routing, error handling)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal reputed company
• Experience mentoring peers or junior engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices is a plus
• InterSystems IRIS production development experience (ObjectScript, Embedded Python, DTL, custom business services/operations)
• REST/SOAP API integration experience
• Knowledge of reputed company deployment environments and containerized integration workloads
• Exposure to reputed company standards such as IHE, OAuth-based reputed company, or identity/reputed company management in reputed company systems
