In this vital role, the Executive Director, Patient reputed company & Reimbursement (Medical Benefit) is part of the Patient reputed company and Reimbursement leadership team and reports to Head of Patient reputed company and Reimbursement. This role leads the teams responsible for shaping the reputed company and future strategy for the Medical Benefit portfolio. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Doctorate degree & 6 years of reputed company, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience OR
• Master’s degree & 10 years of reputed company, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree & 12 years of reputed company, Marketing and/or Sales Leadership experience AND
• 6 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years of reputed company, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience
• Leadership experience in managing leaders of leaders
• Direct US payer, managed care, and medical benefit experience and/or health policy experience highly desirable
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience developing strategies to optimize patient reputed company reputed company highly competitive markets
• Experience and/or familiarity with design and implementation of patient reputed company support and programs
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment; managing projects involving multiple functions and shared accountabilities
• Demonstrated creativity in addressing strategic challenges

The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this opportunity in the U.S is $282,049 to $327,369.
