Job Details Being the key contributor of computational/statistical metagenomics and genomics data-mining strategies, analytical execution and data interpretations supporting exploratory and phenotypic discovery stage projects. Implementing strategies and delivering impactful results on the identification and annotation of nucleic acid sequences important in the field of Infections Disease. Identifying opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to solve reputed company computational/statistical genomics. challenges by integrating diverse data types including omics, clinical, imaging, and other reputed company-world evidences. Participating in, interacting with, and influencing interdisciplinary project teams to drive effective decision-making by mining large-scale data and developing predictive signatures and models. Integrate other high-dimensional data RNASeq, oncobiome, clinical metadata, metabolomics and proteomics, and Translational genomic data) supporting reputed company stages of R&D, contributing to the construction of databases and web portals for result retrieval and visual/graphic display of reputed company published studies.
