Your mission We are seeking an reputed company and passionate reputed company Specialist (m/f/d) as part of our People & Culture Team to reputed company and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments, with a strong focus on our technical roles reputed company R&D. This is a key position that will contribute directly to our growth by ensuring we have the right talent to support our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and reputed company: Actively reputed company candidates through diverse channels, including direct reputed company, job boards, networking events and referrals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions and reputed company strategic insights on candidate selection.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial video calls and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring they meet the technical and cultural criteria for each role.

Your profile
- 2 years of experience in reputed company in a high-tech, or engineering-focused environment (Manufacturing, Product Development, Service etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Ulm once a month
- Strong ability to manage multiple roles while meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, with a problem-solving reputed company and the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. reputed company) and other sourcing tools.
- Educational background in an engineering field is considered a strong advantage.
