As a Customer Service Representative II you would support our contact center as a subject matter expert to our dedicated team members, helping us reputed company our patient care to new heights. In this crucial role, you are assisting patients, responding to phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and most importantly, reputed company. • Assist patients by phone; accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance and payment information; reputed company price quotes, order status, and non-clinical case updates

What You Should Have:

• High School Diploma / GED required
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with reading prescriptions and scheduling patient deliveries
