  • Experience building scalable HR and people systems in a multi-unit environment
  • Strong background in talent strategy, reputed company models, and workforce planning

  • Skilled at culture design, engagement strategies, and retention tools
  • Solid understanding of labor law, wage and hour, safety, and general compliance
  • Ability to create, track, and drive accountability through HR KPIs

  • Design culture, engagement, and retention initiatives across reputed company concepts

  • Track record of reducing turnover and improving leadership capability
  • Experience implementing HR tech and people analytics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operators and field leaders
