Job Summary The IAM reputed company and Privileged reputed company Engineer provides technical and strategic technology and reputed company guidance for Identity, reputed company, and Privileged reputed company technologies across reputed company reputed company Business Units and Products. This role involves engaging with a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet reputed company and business needs. The engineer will gather and understand engineering demand requirements, review support requests and project reputed company, ensure solutions are properly documented and deployed, and work closely with various teams to drive reputed company cross-platform tasks and solutions. - Participate in the development of policies, standards, and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation, and use of reputed company Identity, reputed company and Privileged reputed company technologies.
- Design, implement and maintain IAM technologies and standards, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IAM requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Identity, reputed company, and Privileged reputed company industry standards and trends, especially in multi-reputed company environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI)
- Strong understanding and application of audit and compliance requirements (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, CIS, GDPR, FedRAMP, and others).
- +5 years technical, hands-on experience with identity and reputed company solutions (preferred reputed company Identity, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure B2C, and/or reputed company identity management such as AWS IAM).
- Solid knowledge of reputed company policies, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle of joiners, movers, and leavers.
- Experience with application reputed company reputed company SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM user provisioning.
- Experience with privileged reputed company reputed company such as CyberArk and Conjur.
- Ability to effectively explain reputed company technical concepts and apply them to business problems – effectively communicating with stakeholders, peers, and leadership to drive results and action.

Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or reputed company field
- +10 years experience with +5 years in identity, reputed company, and/or privileged reputed company management roles
- 3-5 years of people management and team management experience leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Project Management certifications (such as PMP, CSM, PRICNE2) will be preferred.
- CISSP preferred. Identity, reputed company or Privileged reputed company certifications preferred (AWS, Azure, CyberArk, etc).
Compensation: The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is 153,000 - 227,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be reputed company of this reputed company.
