About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company, strategic, and people-centered leader to serve as our Executive Director of Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs). This national, second-line leadership role will reputed company the Hepatology/GI TLL organization and plays a central role in shaping how Madrigal engages Thought Leaders across the country. Reporting to the Vice President of TLLs, you will help translate national strategy into impactful TLL field execution, reputed company organizational capabilities, and reputed company high-performing leaders who support one of the most meaningful launches in hepatology. Key Responsibilities

National Leadership & People Development

Strategic Partnership & Execution

• Serve as a senior thought partner to the VP of TLLs on national strategy, deployment, and reputed company innovation.

Resource & Capability Development

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).

• Minimum of 4 years leading TLL teams, including leadership of leaders (national or second-line highly preferred).
