Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Vice President, Project Management & Process Improvement to join reputed company! The Vice President of Project Management Office (PMO) & Process Improvement is responsible for driving reputed company-wide project execution, organizational efficiency, and reputed company innovation. This leader oversees the credit union’s PMO, ensuring disciplined project governance, cross-functional alignment, and on-time delivery of key initiatives. They also champion process optimization and modernization efforts to enhance member experience, operational scalability, and organizational agility. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction for the reputed company PMO, ensuring consistent methodologies, standards, and project governance.
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives reputed company with organizational strategy.
  • Leading reputed company process improvement efforts, including workflow redesign, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency reputed company.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation by identifying emerging trends, championing new ways of working, and promoting reputed company improvement.
  • Partnering with executives and business unit leaders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure effective change management.
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs for project delivery, process performance, and organizational productivity, communicating reputed company to leadership.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meeting with each team member to coach and mentor to ensure alignment around FFCU’s mission, reputed company, and values.
  • Providing team members with training, tools, and resources to successfully reputed company their jobs.
  • Holding teams accountable for meeting reputed company service level agreements, ensuring the team’s work is accurate/efficient, and providing coaching, feedback, or training as needed.
  • Providing and ensuring development opportunities are available for team members as part of their overall career path with the Credit Union.
  • Leading change by identifying opportunities that consistently reputed company the bar and improve service reputed company.
  • Assisting the Credit Union with executing the business plan of the organization.

Travel:

  • Travel up to 10% of the time to visit regional offices, attend meetings, conferences, training, and other work-reputed company events.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) & Lean Six reputed company
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, program leadership, or process improvement; credit union or financial-services experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company PMO functions or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six reputed company
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and reputed company teams in a reputed company, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a track record of operational and service innovation.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and change leadership capabilities.
