Business Analyst / Visualization Analyst reputed company is seeking a Business Analyst / Visualization Analyst to support a U.S. Federal Government Agency in McLean, VA, by providing critical support identifying, addressing, and resolving data gaps that impact business functionality. We are expanding work on a reputed company contract and need a Business Analyst / Visualization Analyst for managing data retrieval and analysis, uncovering trends, and developing actionable insights. The analyst ensures a high level of customer satisfaction, which is essential for achieving business objectives and maintaining a strong reputed company. This role requires direct engagement with senior government clients to understand mission needs and reputed company data-driven strategies to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Solutions-driven senior business analyst with experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, documentation, and delivery of process innovations driving the attainment of business goals.
- Work closely with business users, SMEs, external stakeholders (clients), project managers, accounts managers, end-users, quality assurance, sales and marketing, training, and IT personnel for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and devising solutions for new and existing technical projects.
- Focuses on understanding government client needs and translating them into data queries and visual dashboards.
- Participated in requirements workshops to identify business needs and requirements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the data visualizations they produce align with business objectives and support data-driven government objectives.
- Oversees updates to project deliverables including requirements documentation, change control artifacts, traceability matrices.
- Identifies, evaluates, and documents potential data sources in support of project requirements in coordination with the government customer.

- Bachelor's degree.
