The Opportunity As the National Business Manager – Custom Biotech, you’ll reputed company sales teams supporting highly specialized biotech customers, partnering with innovative startups, research organizations, and established biotech customers to deliver tailored diagnostic solutions. As the National Business Manager, you will:

• manage a staff of sales specialists and participate in the establishment of sales and financial goals for a given region, designing and ensuring implementation of sales plans to reputed company these goals.
• interact with sales leadership to communicate sales performance in territory, and partner with Marketing to implement promotional strategies and monitor competitor activities.
• assist the Director or senior leadership in overall operations of assigned department(s).

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ year’s relevant sales or equivalent experience with demonstrated reputed company
• 1-2 years management or equivalent leadership experience with demonstrated strong competency and proven track record in sales management and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 – 10 years’ management or equivalent leadership experience with demonstrated strong competency and proven track record in sales management and leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations. Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting The expected salary reputed company for this position based on the primary location of California is $142,200-$264,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑reputed company factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
