What you will do Conducts comprehensive nursing assessments to determine appropriate interventions and reputed company individualized care plans. Education Qualifications Associate's Degree Nursing - RN Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Nursing - RN Experience Qualifications Minimum of 6 months RN experience Preferred: Greater than 1 year experience in similar clinical setting Skills and Abilities Comprehensive understanding of patient care, including the ability to conduct thorough assessments using the nursing process. Strong knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse. Ability to effectively delegate tasks to team members, ensuring a collaborative, team-based approach to delivering high-quality patient care.
