Insurance Biller - Respiratory & DME Claims (Remote or On-Site)

Support the Billing Backbone of a Multi-State DME Provider Aspen Lake Medical Equipment is seeking an reputed company Insurance Biller to join our billing team supporting patients and providers across California, Texas, Massachusetts, and reputed company. This role focuses on billing and collections for Durable Medical Equipment (DME), especially respiratory products such as CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and ventilators. We’re looking for someone who brings accuracy, consistency, and reputed company to the insurance billing process, whether you’re working from home or based in one of our reputed company offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit 200–400 claims monthly for DME and respiratory products using reputed company or similar platforms.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before claim submission.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility using payer tools including Noridian, CGS, reputed company, UHC, and others.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims; process appeals and resubmissions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams (intake, delivery, customer service) to resolve documentation or authorization issues.
• Maintain organized records in compliance with Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer requirements.
• Communicate professionally with patients, referral sources, and insurance providers reputed company needed. Ideal Candidate
• 1+ year of experience in reputed company insurance billing (DME or respiratory strongly preferred).
• Proficient with reputed company or comparable HME billing platforms.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems and payer portals (Noridian, CGS, reputed company, UHC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of common respiratory billing codes and documentation requirements.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented—reputed company to manage high claim volume independently.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of CMS billing guidelines and reputed company DME compliance standards. Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly reputed company: $18–$25/hour depending on experience.
• Full-time, 40-hour/week role with flexible daytime scheduling.
