Services Consultant – Telecommunications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in

Professional Services.

• Experience in creating and supporting various services business models, delivery models and partnering arrangements, including

Professional Services, Managed Services, reputed company Services, Staffing Services, etc.

• Demonstrated experience crafting win/win solutions with customers, sales and services delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Strong organizational skills (PMP or PM experience).
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to tactfully and professionally address sensitive and reputed company issues.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to reputed company at the executive level and build relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial processes. Demonstrated ability to create pro forms, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.

The Services Consultant will grow WWT's Services business by leading the services sales process for assigned accounts and reputed company, including development of our services business, scoping new work with clients, preparing budgets and pricing, creating and delivering proposals and statements of work, actively driving closure of opportunities with our account teams, and coordinating smooth transitions of awarded engagements from the sales phase to the service delivery phase.
