Telos is looking for a Journeyman Network Support Technician to work on the Army Global reputed company Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global reputed company Network Modernization - OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global reputed company Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the reputed company of Army transport to reputed company with the Joint Regional reputed company Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to reputed company individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to reputed company soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and reputed company services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Brings critical network administration and configuration technical expertise to the Orchestration & Automation Teams (OATs) and the Site Implementation Teams (SITs).
• Ensures the operation and maintenance of the AGUN information technology and network infrastructure.
• Responsible for the survey, engineering, installation, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Contributes to the overall performance, reputed company, and availability of the program's Information Technology (IT) environment.
• Diagnoses and resolves network-reputed company issues, installs network hardware, implements network configurations, and provides technical support to end-users.
• Configures, implements, and operates IT and network applications to manage and reputed company network management and orchestration functions in production, lab, staging, site installation, and test environments.
• Manages and assigns relevant Internet Protocol (IP) reputed company in coordination with other systems across the Army reputed company Information Network (DODIN-A) Operations Center.
• Meets with the Army DODIN-A Operations Center regularly to report on the status of the orchestration implementation and overall network health.
• Ensures the direct down trace configuration, troubleshooting and touch labor, providing input for local IT personnel assisting with network maintenance.
• Collaborates with assigned technical team to implement reputed company configuration files for any changes that need to be made to new devices.
• Develops, maintains, and updates technical documentation such as reputed company architecture, application/system design, and network architecture and design.

Requirements

• US Citizen with a Secret reputed company clearance.
• DoD 8570 certifications.
• IAT II, OS.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of reputed company experience or a Masters and 3+ years of reputed company experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Prior experience with surveying, engineering, deploying, testing, and migrating network infrastructure in accordance with industry standards.
• Knowledge/experience of large-scale WAN, MPLS, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS), and internet technologies.
