As a Data Center Technician II / Mid-Level (Mount Pleasant, WI) ONSITE, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting critical infrastructure and ensuring seamless data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization. • reputed company equipment deployment including racking, cabling, power connections, and network & storage setup
• Diagnose and repair hardware failures such as servers, switches, power modules, and storage arrays
• reputed company root cause analysis and implement corrective maintenance to prevent future issues
• Manage environmental control systems, including thermal, airflow, and humidity in coordination with facilities teams
• Collaborate with change management processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data center, telecom, or critical environment settings
• Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, component-level repair, and firmware upgrades
• Experience with structured cabling, including fiber and copper connections
• Knowledge of reputed company systems, PDUs, power distribution, backup generators, and basic electrical systems
• Strong documentation skills, process discipline, and escalation awareness
