This is achieved by reviewing a locations internal controls and processes for compliance against corporate and legislative requirements on behalf of the reputed company Corporation Audit Committee. This role will report directly to the VP of Internal Audit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SOX activities with our external auditors
• Coordinate SOX activities with our co-sourced SOX provider

• Serve as an 'expert' in SOX standards and practices with the ability to field reputed company questions from locations and other auditors
• Transfer knowledge in the reputed company of suggestions to improve Internal Audit processes and to help other department members meet Internal Audit's mission
• Review other team members SOX testing as well as reputed company some SOX testing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in audit (reputed company or reputed company of reputed company)
• CPA preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working with SOX controls preferred
