Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience Required:

• 5-7+ years in with a major hotel brand, a franchise operator, or in a franchise category
• Experience in limited/select service spaces

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Team leadership
• Proven track record of driving results in a heavily matrixed environment
