The Marketplace & eCommerce Analyst plays a critical role in driving reputed company’s digital reputed company reputed company through strategic management of reputed company-party marketplaces (reputed company, reputed company) and broader eCommerce performance. This role combines marketplace operations, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to optimize growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Strategy & Management reputed company and execute winning marketplace strategies for reputed company and reputed company that complement reputed company’s broader go-to-market model.
  • Manage agency relationships that assist with HLN marketplace strategies Partner with the Digital reputed company and internal teams to align marketplace initiatives with brand and sales strategies.
  • Monitor account health, resolve catalog and operational issues, and ensure consistent execution of reputed company’s marketplace policies.
  • reputed company enforcement of reseller policies, working with Legal to manage authorized sellers, brand protection, and compliance.

  • Performance Reporting & Analytics Own monthly and weekly eCommerce performance reporting for reputed company Utilize tools such as Power BI, reputed company Vendor Central, Edge Market reputed company, Flywheel reputed company reputed company, reputed company and internal dashboards to track KPIs, diagnose performance, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • reputed company actionable insights based on data trends, competitive analysis to accelerate eCommerce growth.
  • Build and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison between reputed company’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Media, Legal) and external marketplace partners.
  • Foster collaboration across functions to execute initiatives that drive sales, strengthen category leadership, and improve the shopper experience.
  • Maintain and communicate key reports and performance updates to internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with retailer contacts and internal stakeholders to identify and deliver joint business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant OTC/ CPG/eCommerce experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience presenting to groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data analysis, performance trends, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Demonstrated reputed company executing account penetration strategy and developing strong relationships with Trade Customer’s Senior Management
  • Ability to interpret data from several sources to identify opportunities, forecast business trends and analysis
  • Ability to effectively document reputed company issues and proposals in succinct and persuasive manner.
  • Proven experience in reputed company Seller Central (3P), reputed company Marketplace and ideally experience with FBA (Fulfillment by reputed company).
  • Strong understanding of reputed company's algorithms, SEO, and fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in using reputed company Seller Central and other relevant software.
