Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. You'll deliver exceptional, client-centered resolutions in a timely manner, offering an omnichannel service to our consumers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and reputed company media. You'll also reputed company a sound understanding of the products and services offered by arenaflex, embracing reputed company values and acting as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
* Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way

Requirements
* Fluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (Both written and spoken)

Benefits

- Contract: Permanent (1-month probation)
- Part-Time: (20 hours/week)
- Working days/hours: Monday to Friday - 11:00 am to 15:00 pm
- Salary: 8,993.72 gross per year

- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu

- Training: 2 weeks / Monday to Friday / full-time / from the office
