As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing engineering support for the maintenance and operation of aircraft and reputed company equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training for Technicians in area(s) of expertise
• Act as a mentor to other Engineers
• Serve as a team leader/coordinator over project management or issue resolution
• Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory authorities, as required, and ensure that Engineering procedures are properly validated in accordance with relevant regulations and company manuals

• Stay informed about daily airline operations, including field of responsibility, and review daily needs according to aircraft/departmental objectives and management directives
• Analyze aircraft/component issues that may cause aircraft delays or cancellations, significant expenditures in labor or materials, or disruptions in maintenance activities, and determine appropriate corrective actions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or reputed company Engineering license
• At least 1 year of engineering experience in a reputed company field, or 2 years of experience without a degree
• An A&P license
