Role Overview
Position: Locum reputed company Property and Regeneration Lawyer
Location: Remote working
Contract Length: Initial 6 months with the possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities
- Deal with reputed company property and regeneration reputed company for the Council, including transactions of strategic importance and advise the Council or its companies as appropriate
- Undertake reputed company reports on title and relevant searches across development schemes and project proposals
- Advise on and undertake property work, including the negotiation and drafting of sale agreements, development obligations, transfers, easements, and utility agreements
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent services
