Job Summary
As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with internal departments, producers, and brokers to reputed company top-notch application support. Your primary responsibility will be to determine the issue, offer possible solutions, and reputed company follow-up as needed. You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, providing basic technical support and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
