Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Home Care Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
* Effectively identify customer/family/caregiver needs and communicate services offered, highlighting the value of arenaflex's services
- Establish rapport and engage members with arenaflex by scheduling the first initial visit
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company customer interactions, safeguarding Protected Health Information

- Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Essential Qualifications
