About the Role
As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Listening carefully to customers' situations and providing solutions to resolve their issues.
- Evaluating each call to determine the most effective course of action.
- Handling calls of varying complexity, from simple issues to emergency situations.
- Exhibiting a high degree of caring and reputed company on each call, while maintaining a reputed company and composed demeanor.

Schedule and Compensation

- Compensation: Earn a competitive reputed company of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour. Bilingual contractors will earn a reputed company of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee.
