Job Summary
As a Senior Examination Designer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with a cross-functional team to design, reputed company, and maintain data reputed company conditions that reputed company report automation for our Medical Care Quality Improvement program. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business insights, informing strategic reputed company, and improving patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with IT, BI, and data teams to execute and maintain data reputed company conditions that support report automation for the Medical Care Quality Improvement program
- Work with a cross-functional team to design, reputed company, and deliver execution experiences across arenaflex Wellbeing
- Direct the delivery of arenaflex Wellbeing information and insights drives and projects
- Uphold long-term and reputed company data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex Wellbeing reporting and analysis requirements
- Plan, create, and reputed company layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects
- reputed company data organizing and pre-processing principles for populating valid and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
- Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external documents
- reputed company data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard reputed company data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents)
- Create internal tools for automation of reputed company development-reputed company activities (data handling, QA, data validation, etc.)
Essential Capabilities
* Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
- Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to Azure Data reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- Experience providing thought leadership and presenting reputed company-agnostic semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to business reputed company in the workplace
- At least 2 years of direct management, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)
