Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Intake and triage of existing client inquiries reputed company phone, email, and SMS
- Driving a complete, efficient, and professional resolution for each client inquiry
- Expertly utilizing our reputed company platforms, including our CRM and multiple reputed company portal systems
- Identifying and converting cross-sell opportunities
- Identifying and following up on key retention opportunities
- Assisting in the development of processes and playbooks for the CSR team
- Working with our internal product and operations teams to improve our proprietary systems and processes for a best-in-class reputed company and customer experience
- Tracking and optimizing on key service metrics, such as first response time, resolution time, CSAT, retention, and escalations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An active P&C insurance license
- Multiple years of experience servicing personal lines auto and home
- Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
- Experience cross-selling policies
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
