Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting prospective renters with leasing their new apartment home
• Managing communication, including email leads, text messages, and phone calls
• Answering phones and assisting customers as needed
• Scheduling appointments and tour reservations as needed
• Assisting with inventory management
• Completing daily reports as needed
• Initiating service calls for customers
• Initiating, modifying, and finalizing leases and addendums for customers
• Assisting with scheduling of vendors and purchase order management

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A customer-focused, energetic attitude and a desire to reputed company exceptional customer service every time
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technology skills on laptop or desktop, including reputed company Office
• Ability to work on multiple tabs and systems at the same time
• Ability to sit (or stand) for extended periods wearing a headset

• Ability to remain professional and even-tempered during uncomfortable situations
• Adherence to a set schedule with the flexibility to work extra hours or a modified work schedule to meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Office experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work a set schedule with the flexibility to work extra hours or a modified work schedule to meet business needs. You'll be expected to work:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
