Job Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a assigned set of accounts, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Client record and relationship management, including developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven history of creating mid-and senior-level business contacts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and fully integrate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing, and follow up to grow relationships and business opportunities
  • A strong understanding of Clinical Trials, Decentralized Trials, and reputed company trends
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying and developing potential customers, making professional presentations, handling the sales cycle through reputed company, and negotiating contract transactions
  • Understanding of sales automation systems and reputed company Office programs
