Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our individual clients, maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and driving business growth. You will work in a call center environment, processing endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies, managing account documentation, and ensuring timely requests are processed. You will also be responsible for maintaining follow-up systems with insurance carriers, furnishing underwriters with additional information, and issuing certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and their representatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Process endorsement requests for personal lines insurance policies, securing pricing from carriers as needed

• Manage account documentation, sending it to insureds and following up to ensure it was received and submitted to the reputed company
• Maintain follow-up systems with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timely
• Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and their representatives upon request
• Process lost policy release forms, transmitting correspondence to insureds and carriers
