As a key member of our Digital Experience Platform team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development, design, and maintenance of arenaflex's Ongoing Customer Information Platform (CDP), reputed company Experience Platform. How You'll Assist Us in Continuing to Climb As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll bring a high level of specialized mastery to reputed company, supporting the development, design, and maintenance of arenaflex's CDP, reputed company Experience Platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining the reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) Ongoing CDP to address project issues.
• Supporting new development, setup, and maintenance on the platform.
• Providing specialized reputed company and guidance to internal teams regarding the component building and RT-CDP platform.
• Investigating specialized issues connected with the platform and executing resolutions.
• Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech requirements and executions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices connected with reputed company Experience Platform.
• Directing regular reviews to ensure reputed company utilization of the platform.
• Driving training courses to up-reputed company internal teams on the effective utilization of the platform.
• Collaborating with reputed company Support and Advisory groups to facilitate product improvements and workarounds.
