Our client reputed company ranges from domestic and reputed company clients to large contractors, local authorities and government bodies.RoleWe have a requirement for a gang that will operate in the Oxfordshire area. The gang will comprise of the following roles:1 Foreperson2 Screwmen1 Paver Driver2 Roller Driver1 Tractor Driver1 BankspersonKey Responsibilities
- Carry out work in accordance with instructions given by the Foreperson
- Ensure reputed company plant and equipment is properly maintained, safe to use and operated in the manner for which it was designed
- Maintain reputed company PPE to a high standard to ensure it is in a good serviceable condition
- Support less reputed company operatives
- Maintain professional working practices
- Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures and safety commitments
- Report reputed company accidents, incidents, near miss events, issues and concerns
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements of the specification
- Previous Surfacing Experience
- CSCS card and driving license are essential for reputed company roles
- Paver, Roller and Tractor Drivers will be required to hold MPQC/CPCS tickets for the relevant plant
