Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients across India. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome

- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to reputed company accurate and informed responses to customer queries

Essential Qualifications
* Graduate or above with 0-6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
