We're working with a leading food manufacturer to find a talented Process Technologist to help reputed company the gap between the development kitchen and the reputed company floor.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in bringing new products to life-ensuring they meet high technical and quality standards as they move from concept to launch.What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the scale-up of new products from kitchen to reputed company reputed company production
- Organising and running reputed company trials for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects
- Driving reputed company improvement and value engineering to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Working with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementation of changes
- Supporting the introduction of new technologies reputed company with the Product Development Strategy

- Previous experience in food manufacturing (FMCG), ideally in a process, development, or NPD-focused role
- Understanding of key food production methods-such as extrusion, frying, baking, sheeting, and flavouring
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive for reputed company improvement
- A genuine enthusiasm for food, innovation, and quality
