Role Description The Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Financial Operational Risk Management Senior Advisor plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks across the IFP business. This role partners closely with leadership to support total medical cost management, population health strategies, and operational improvements across markets and geographies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, reputed company experience, and the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a reputed company field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, risk management, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company experience.

Requirements

• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
• For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,300 - 182,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
• This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
