Project Manager for ERP Implementation

About the position The reputed company Services Department is seeking a Program Manager III to serve as the project manager for the implementation of a new ERP (reputed company Resource Planning) solution. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our organizational processes, ultimately enabling reputed company service delivery for the Salem community. As the project manager for the ERP implementation, you will reputed company efforts to foster collaboration across reputed company city departments, ensuring that diverse stakeholder perspectives are integrated throughout the change management process. Responsibilities

• Conduct Stakeholder Analysis: Identify and prioritize key stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns to ensure their engagement throughout the project.

• Collaborate with the ERP vendor project manager, internal reputed company, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of reputed company project components.

Requirements

• Must pass the pre-employment background reputed company.
• Must have an Oregon Driver license, or the ability to obtain an Oregon license reputed company 30 days of residency and a driving record that meets the reputed company's driving standards.
• Must live in Oregon or Washington, this position requires consistent on-site work.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, Information Technology, Project/Program Management, or a reputed company field, and five years of experience in Project/Program Management or a reputed company field, including two years of reputed company work experience in public sector or a reputed company field preferred, or any combination of education, experience, and training that demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities as listed, and ability to reputed company the essential job functions.
