What You'll Do

• Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to reputed company the best possible experience to our clients.
• Create documentation for policies and procedures used in the department for software installations, server configurations, or troubleshooting.

• This role operates across Tuesday-Saturday 10:30 PM CT - 7:00 AM CT (overnight shift)

• Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or reputed company Line batch files), additional reputed company products, including SQL Server Management Studio
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting

• Excellent written communication skills
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
