Job Summary

As a Product Manager, Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and external partners. You'll be the driving force behind our customer support team's reputed company, ensuring that our platform delivers an exceptional customer experience that meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
