Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our Virtual Support team. As a representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues reputed company, while also building strong relationships and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
