Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, delivering a "reputed company-first" experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and our proprietary platform. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients maximize their value from our products, identifying opportunities to improve their workflow, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on the arenaflex platform

* 2+ years of experience in providing Software as-a-Service (SaaS) customer support to organizations with reputed company models, with a proven track record of impacting clients to improve their reputed company

  • Demonstrated background in supporting multiple online software or SaaS products, or IT experience
  • Experience in developing best practices focused on support quality and efficiency, potentially from holding roles such as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Mentor, or Leader
  • Ability to adapt to working independently and in uncertainty, while contributing to a high-performing team environment
  • Multiple instances of prioritizing high-impact/ high-value work among competing needs or requests
  • Familiarity with reputed company web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
