As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to employees in reputed company aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.

What You'll Do

* Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals

• Answer customer care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-reputed company issues
• Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management
• Recover data from hard drives or reputed company data migration
• Maintain remote reputed company for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
• Install and configure local and network-based printers

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + Equivalent professional training + Associate/Four-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or reputed company field or equivalent work experience/training

• Least Capabilities:

+ 2 years of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a reputed company/TCPIP environment

• Favored Qualifications:

+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP or more + Past IT reputed company experience in Aircraft/Airport climate

• Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates:
